There's been a lot of chatter surrounding Carson Wentz and a possible upcoming MVP season. First it was ESPN's Louis Riddick who predicted Wentz bringing home the award in 2019, then it was NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah who also put Wentz #1 on his list.
Now Caesars Sportsbook is in on an award-winning season, putting Wentz with the 4th-best odds in the entire league.
On the offensive side on the ball, the Eagles only lost Jay Ajayi. The ended up bringing in Jordan Howard and Miles Sanders to offset/upgrade the lost of Ajayi. Then Howie Roseman brought in DeSean Jackson and JJ Arcega-Whiteside for Wentz to have more skilled receivers to throw to.
As long as he stays healthy, the expectation is Wentz will light it up on the field, and potentially becoming the first Eagle to win MVP since Norm Van Brocklin in 1960.
