Eagles Upgrade Tight End Room Via Trade

The Eagles have added to their tight end room, acquiring Albert Okwuegbunam and a 2025 7th-round pick from the Denver Broncos in exchange for a 2025 6th-round pick.

Okwuegbunam was a 4th-round pick back in 2020. He only has 54 receptions and four touchdowns through his first three NFL seasons He’s been limited to just 26 games in those three years due to injuries.

If healthy, Albert O is likely to take over Jack Stoll’s spot as the #2 tight end behind Dallas Goedert. At 6’5, 258 lbs, it is also possible that he sees some snaps in the redzone and on the goal line.
