Zach Ertz may have wanted to join a new team this past offseason, but he holds no grudges to the Eagles nor the Philadelphia community. In fact, he is continuing to be a leader in the fundraising community for the city.
Zach's mother, Lisa, announced earlier this week that the Ertz foundation has helped raise almost $750,000 that will go to help kids in North Philadelphia.
#86 will always be remembered in the Philadelphia sports community for his contributions on the field every Sunday, but his contributions off the field serving the city will be a lot more impactful and memorable.
