REPORT: Eagles Have No Plans of Trading for Le'Veon Bell

Eagles fans that have been begging the Eagles to trade for Le'Veon Bell won't like the new report that just came out.

This evening ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the Eagles have restructured Fletcher Cox's contract. The restructure created a lot of cap space, which the Eagles would need in order to bring in a player like Bell. However, Schefter also noted that the team isn't interested in bringing in Bell.

With Jay Ajayi being out for the rest of the season, as well as the other Eagles running backs being banged up, the team will definitely have to trade for or sign at least one running back. NBC Sports' Derrick Gunn speculated that the team might want to trade for David Johnson.

If the Eagles have any intentions of repeating as Super Bowl Champions, they will need to make a splash and sign or trade for a high-caliber player.
