In the early morning hours, a report came out that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are shopping DeSean Jackson and plan to release him if they can't work out a trade. In the same report it was mentioned that Jackson has made it known he wants to return to Philadelphia.
Now a new report has come out stating that unless something drastic happens, Jackson will be returning to Philadelphia.
