Eagles scouts were seen at Alabama State's pro day this past week, as they are showing continued interest in offensive tackle Tytus Howard. During the pro day, Howard was seen working out with Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland. Given this is the second time in as many weeks that the Eagles have shown interest in the tackle, it appears the team plans on using a mid-round draft pick on him. Remember, the team met with Tytus Howard during the NFL Combine.
In addition to the workout during Alabama State's pro day, the team plans on bringing Howard in for one of their 30 player workouts, on Monday.
Andrew DiCecco also mentioned that Jeff Stoutland is "pounding the table" for Howie Roseman to draft Howard.
