With the regular season concluding last week, the Eagles will be watching the playoffs on TV, but so will some of their former players. Let’s take a look back to Week 17 to see how some of those former Eagles played.
Rasul Douglas
Douglas and the Panthers lost to the New Orleans Saints 33-7. The Saints offense was moving the ball very well against the Panthers defense. Douglas had four tackles (three solo tackles) in the loss. The Panthers finished the season 5-11 and missed the playoffs.
Jordan Hicks
Hicks and the Cardinals lost to the Los Angeles Rams 18-7. The former Eagles linebacker played a great game with five total tackles (three solo tackles) with a pass deflection and an interception. The Cardinals finished the season 8-8 and missed the playoffs.
Malcolm Jenkins
Jenkins and the Saints beat the Carolina Panthers 33-7. The Saints defense was in control the entire game. Jenkins finished the game with four solo tackles, one pass deflection, and an interception. The Saints finished the season with a 12-4 record and hold the #2 seed in the NFC in the playoffs.
