Eagles Will Host Ravens For Joint Practices in Preseason

In a few weeks, the NFL will announce their list of preseason games, and soon after they will release the full 2019 schedule. Even though the full information won't be known until then, today we found out one opponent the Eagles will face in the preseason - the Baltimore Ravens. The two teams will face off at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 3 of the preseason, which is likely to be somewhere between August 21st-August 25th.

The Eagles took a year off from joint practices last season, but previously the team had joint practices with the Miami Dolphins in 2017, the Baltimore Ravens back in 2015, and the New England Patriots back in 2014 and 2013.

The team will have a few days to get a closer look at Lamar Jackson, who enters his first season as a full-time starting quarterback in Baltimore. The Ravens also added Earl Thomas and Mark Ingram this offseason, so both the offense and defense will get some practice time against Pro Bowl-quality players.
