After making a trade for Detroit Lions wide receiver Golden Tate, Howie Roseman might not be done making moves.
According to Jason La Canfora, the Eagles have interest in acquiring Oakland Raiders OT Kelechi Osemele.
This move might be in the works because of Lane Johnson suffering a MCL sprain in the team's win against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Johnson could miss up to a month of action, so trading to a player like Osemele would allow the team not to rush Johnson back from his injury. Osemele could also provide insurance to Jason Peters; if Peters goes down to an injury Osemele could be plugged in at left tackle and Halapoulivaaiti Vaitai can play right tackle until Johnson's return.
We'll have to wait and see if the Eagles end up trading for him within the next hour before the deadline for trading comes at 4PM.
