The Eagles escaped Thursday night's game with a win and with a healthy roster. Since there wasn't any new injuries seen or known after that game, the focus this week has been on the health and rehab of QB Carson Wentz and WR Alshon Jeffery. Wentz still hasn't been cleared for contact, but the team received good news today when they found out that Jeffery is finally able to practice.
Jeffery had not practiced since the week leading up to Super Bowl LII, so seeing him on the field today (in a limited role) was a great sign that he is almost ready to start playing in games again.
It doesn't appear likely that Jeffery will be cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, but this might be a sign that he will be good to go for Week 3 against the Colts.
