It seems like the Eagles own real estate in Alvin Kamara's head. Before the 2018 season got underway, Kamara made some comments saying the Saints would've "beat the shit out of (the Eagles" if the would have advanced to the NFC Championship Game last season.
Kamara and the Saints did get a little "revenge" from missing their opportunity with the Eagles last season by beating them mercilessly this season, but it seems like Kamara can't stop thinking about the reigning Super Bowl champions. After their game today, Kamara and Mark Ingram put on ski masks in the locker room, seemingly mocking the Eagles.
The ski masks are of course in reference to the Eagles' new turnover ski mask, which defensive players put on when they cause a turnover. The team has rallied behind the masks to win their last two games against two of the best team in the NFL in the Rams and Texans.
If the Eagles can squeeze their way into the playoffs next week, their road to a Super Bowl repeat would have to go through the Superdome in New Orleans. The Saints better be careful what they wish for, because they just might get it. It'd be a shame if this happened to the Saints again in the playoffs...
