The injuries are starting to pile up for the Philadelphia Eagles and the first preseason game is still a week away.
First it was cornerback Cre'Von LeBlanc who suffered a foot injury, and will be out until through September and possibly into November. Now linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill has suffered a MCL sprain that will force him to miss a few regular season games.
It won't be devastating for the Eagles to be without KGH for a little while, but the impact will be felt on both the defense and special teams.
This will be a huge opportunity for Nate Gerry and T.J. Edwards to fight for a roster spot, as they will both now receive more reps in practices and in the preseason.
