REPORT: Jeffery "Unlikely" to Play, Goedert Looks "Surprisingly Better" for Sunday

The Eagles offense took some hits last Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, as DeSean Jackson, Corey Clement, Alshon Jeffery, and Dallas Goedert all couldn't finish the game due to injuries.

Jackson and Clement have already been ruled out for Sunday, but there is a chance they could be able to play in Thursday Night's game in Green Bay.

Jeffery and Goedert on the other hand haven't been ruled out for the Lions game, but ESPN's Adam Schefter game some new information regarding their status.

Even though Jeffery is the more established player, the Eagles offense would benefit a lot more if Goedert is able to suit up and be active. Pederson admitted that last week when Goedert went down he had to scratch off more than half of his scripted plays. If he has Goedert available Sunday, Pederson will be more likely to run more 12 personnel plays against Detroit.

We will find out around 11:30AM who is active and who isn't for the Eagles, so that will be when we know if either of these players are healthy enough to go.
