The Eagles still don't know who will be the starting QB for their game against the Atlanta Falcons to open up the season. Whoever the quarterback is, he will be without the team's top wide receiver
The good news is that he will not start the season on the Physically Unable to Perform list, which would have caused him to miss the first six games automatically. But it's tough to hear that he won't be available for a few more weeks.
Hopefully Nelson Agholor and Mike Wallace can handle Alshon's workload. With the emergence of Shelton Gibson this preseason, maybe he will even take some of the snaps that Jeffery would have had to start the season.
