Earlier this evening, videos surfaced of Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden possibly smoking marijuana and partying with kids in there 20's. In the videos it also appeared that Gruden, who is married, was hitting on some young women.
At the moment no one really knows when that video was made but it doesn't change the fact that it doesn't look good for the organization as a whole. The Redskins aren't doing well as it is and this certainly won't help their image so they will be forced to make a decision regarding Gruden's future in Washington -- this might have sealed his fate and might force him out of D.C..
Only time will tell if this escalates, but given today's age of social media this video is everywhere and the public has seen it, so there is really no way for the Redskins to ignore it.
