New Video Surfaces of Former Eagles Assistant Stopping Gunman at a High School

Back in May, news broke that a former Eagles assistant coach helped stop a high school student from shooting his peers and himself.

Keanon Lowe, who was an Eagles analyst in 2015, currently works as a security guard at Parkrose High. He also serves as the coach for the school's football and track teams. He encountered a gunman who was a student at the school and was able to get the gun away from him and then talk to the would-be shooter to calm him down until police arrived. before we had only heard this story from word of mouth, but on Saturday new video surfaced of the full encounter.

It's amazing how much composure Lowe showed in this life-threatening situation. He said that he was put in that place for a reason, which is true because we have no idea what would have happened if it was someone else who encountered him first, it could have ended much worse for everyone involved.

It's also pretty cool to see Lowe still supporting Eagles gear even though he hasn't been a part of the organization in over four years.
