With the news of Alshon Jeffery being out at least the first 2 weeks of the season, it's important for the Eagles to have all the help they can get at the receiver position. Today the team got good news, as WR Mack Hollins finally retuned to practice.
Hollins has been recovering from offseason sports hernia surgery, but his return to the practice field four days before the season opener bodes well for his availability for the game. WR Nelson Agholor has also been recovering from an injury (undisclosed lower-body injury), but his absence from preseason games seemed precautionary. He should be at full health and a full participant against the Falcons.
Expect to see Mike Wallaceand Shelton Gibson/Mack Hollins on the outside, while Agholor takes the slot receiver reps during the Atlanta game. However, don't be surprised if the Eagles use a lot of two TE sets, to get both Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert on the field at the same time.
