Every Saturday the NFL hands out fines from the previous week's games. Eagles fans wondered if Lions linebacker Tracy Walker would be fined for his hit on Jalen Hurts last week. It turns out Walker was fined, but not for the hit.
The safety was fined $11,129 for throwing a punch in the aftermath of the hit.
Walker hit Hurts as the quarterback was sliding, and made helmet-to-helmet contact. After the hit Zach Pascal and Dallas Goedert pushed Walker, then Walker threw a punch at Goedert which the refs saw.
