Jeffrey Lurie has tried his best to bring the jerseys back earlier, but the NFL had a rule that only allowed teams to have one helmet, and the kelly green jerseys wouldn't work well with midnight green helmets. Now that the league has allowed multiple helmets, teams across the league are bringing back some retro looks.
One Eagles fan found a Kelly Green Jalen Hurts jersey on sale at a store, and it looks pretty legit and could likely be what the new jersey will look like.

The official release of these jerseys is rumored to come next month. It's possible an announcement would come on July 8th, which would be the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Philadelphia Eagles.
