Jordan Howard Signs With Miami Dolphins

The Jordan Howard Era in Philadelphia ended up being a short one, as it is being reported that the running back is joining the Miami Dolphins.

He is joining teammate Kamu Grugier-Hill down there, as KGH also signed with the Dolphins.

Howard ended up being just a one-year rental for the Eagles, playing in only nine games due to a stinger/neck injury. He had 119 rushing attempts for 525 yards and six touchdowns, and also added 10 receptions for 69 yards and one additional receiving touchdown. The quick establishment of Miles Sanders and the surprising emergence of Boston Scott made this decision much easier for the Eagles to handle.

Two running backs won't be enough though, as the Eagles like to have a steady rotation of reliable runners available at their disposal. That means that Howie Roseman might use a mid-to-late round draft pick on a running back and/or try to pick up a cheap veteran or UDFA .
