Mills and the rest of the defensive backs bounced back on Thursday. It might be because the team faced a terrible Giants offense led by the aging Eli Manning. Or it might have been because Mills wore these sick Pokémon cleats during the game.
With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, players are allowed to wear pink accessories on the field, including pink spikes. Mills took advantage of this opportunity and wore these Jigglypuff themed cleats.
If he continues to wear them for the rest of the games in October, maybe the team will have a new good luck charm.
