In a little over 12 hours, the Eagles will take the field in London versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. In a shocking turn of events, it sounds like the Jaguars have a few players that might not take the field for the game, as they were arrested after a nightclub brawl over a £50,000 (~$64,000) bar bill.
The four players that were reportedly arrested were Barry Church, D.J. Hayden, Ronnie Harrison, and Jarrod Wilson. They are accused of trying to leave the London Reign Showclub without paying their tab for the evening. When they tried to leave they were prevented from doing so by security, and that's when a brawl broke out. They were released from jail after nine hours in custody, as the club reportedly dropped the complaint after the bill was settled.
It's not clear if they will face discipline from the league. Hayden was doubtful to play in the game tomorrow with a toe injury. Since they have been struggling as a team, the remaining three might be in the clear to play tomorrow to try to help beat the Eagles before they go on a bye week.
UPDATE: The team has released a statement and say that "the matter is being resolved and the players are with the team. Any discipline will be handled internally."
So it appears the the players will be available to play in the game against the Eagles.
