Former Eagles WR Hops On the Reunion Bandwagon

With reports coming out yesterday that the team is bringing in and possibly signing Jordan Matthews and Jeremy Maclin, most fans started to speculate who else the Eagles could try to bring back to help the team's wide receiver issue. Fans started mentioning the likes of DeSean Jackson and LeSean McCoy, but it quickly turned into a running joke and basically naming any random Eagles receiver from the past they could think of: Reggie Brown, Todd Pinkston, Kevin Curtis, and Riley Cooper just to name a few.

One former Eagles receiver jumped in on the fun, and briefly considered coming out of retirement to help the team.

Thrash was serviceable in his time with the Eagles, but wasn't the elite wide receiver Donovan McNabb needed to get over the Super Bowl hump the team had in the early 2000s. I don't think he could be any worse than Dorial Green-Beckham was, so maybe the Eagles can reach out to him if they are desperate enough.
