When the Eagles were looking for wide receiver help for Carson Wentz in 2016, the team thought former University of Missouri standout Dorial Green-Beckham could be an option. It turned out he didn't really care about football and didn't put much effort on the field. Ever since the team released him in 2017, Green-Beckham's life has been spiraling out of control.
On Wednesday, he was arrested on a felony drug possession charge and resisting arrest charge in Missouri.
According to TMZ: "(cops) were called to a residence around 8:30 PM and when they arrived, Green-Beckham was attempting to flee through a window. Cops eventually captured him and found 1 pound of weed in his backpack along with several vials of THC oil, officials say. When cops searched the residence, they found 7 more pounds of marijuana -- but believe that belonged to another man."
Earlier this year, Green-Beckham plead guilty to drunk drinking. The judge sentenced himto 2 years of unsupervised probation, 60 hours of community service and a substance awareness traffic program. After violating his probation in just three months, he will likely end up spending time behind bars now.
