Nelson Agholor has really stepped up in the absence of Alshon Jeffery. He has been Nick Foles go-to receiver the first two weeks, recording numbers that mimic the likes of top receivers in the league like Julio Jones and Antonio Brown.
Agholor's 16 catches has him tied for the 8th most catches in the league so far this season. His hot start to the season has caught the attention of his former teammate Vinny Curry.
After Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Agholor and Curry met on the field to catch up with each other and shake hands. Curry told Agholor that he's going to be in his first Pro Bowl later this season.
If he keeps playing at this level for the whole season, there isn't a doubt that Agholor would be named to the Pro Bowl roster. Hopefully Agholor would have to miss that game though, as the Eagles would want to skip it as they prepared for a second straight Super Bowl.
