Five Eagles Plays Named Among Top 100 Plays of 2010s

To kick off the new decade, the NFL's official throwback account ranked the top 100 plays from the 2010s.

The Eagles ended up with five of their plays among the top 100 plays:

73) LeSean McCoy's Touchdown in the Snow Bowl (2013)

67) Donovan McNabb's Bomb to DeSean Jackson on 1st Play of the Game (2010)

45) Brandon Graham's Strip-Sack of Tom Brady (2018)

18) The Philly Special (2018)

4) The Miracle at the New Meadowlands (2010)

That is some pretty solid representation from the Eagles in a decade that saw the highest of highs (first Super Bowl win in franchise history) and the lowest of lows (dream team and collapse of Chip Kelly).

One play I personally feel got snubbed was Patrick Robinson's Pick-Six in the NFC Championship Game. I also say that the Philly Special and the BG strip-sack were ranked pretty low, as the fumble should have been at least in the top 25 and the Philly Special should have been at least in the top 10.

At the end of the day though, the Eagles were represented well with these five plays. With a combination of Howie Roseman, Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz controlling the Eagles for the 2020s, there should be a lot of highs for Philadelphia this decade, hopefully leading to a lot of memorable plays and some trophies.
