Even though the Eagles have Zach Ertz and Dallas Goedert under control for quite a few more years, the team is still checking out tight end prospects across the nation. Last week tight ends coach Justin Peelle was in San Diego checking out SDSU's pro day and getting a closer look at Kahale Warring.

Warring is a massive receiving option and is considered one of the best tight end prospects in this year's draft, even though he only has 20 career receptions. Right now there are too many holes to be filled at other positions to use a high draft pick on another tight end, but maybe the team wanted to check him out and if he falls in the draft they would be more inclined to draft him.
