Eagles Sign Two Players; Corey Clement's and Josh Sweat's Seasons Come to an End

As the Eagles' season continues to crumble, news came from the NovaCare Complex today that Corey Clement and Josh Sweat will be ending the season on Injured Reserve.

Clement (knee) and Sweat (ankle) both left Sunday's game against the Cowboys early with their injuries. Now they will have an extra three weeks added to their offseason to rest up and prepare for 2019.

Boston Scott was drafted by the Saints this year, but didn't make their roster and has been on their practice squad. Scott is a smaller-sized running back with some quickness, who can maybe produce in the last three games well enough to garner a chance to take Darren Sproles' roster spot next season since Sproles is hanging up his cleats.

Hall was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 3rd round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He has yet to play in any regular season games in his NFL career so far, but he'll likely get a chance to prove himself over the last three games to try to earn a contract for the 2019 season and a chance to make next year's roster.
