On Saturday evening, a report mentioned that Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert was involved in some sort of altercation which resulted in Goedert being sucker-punched and going to the hospital as a precaution.
Word spread quickly to Goedert's teammates, and assuming they got more details of the incident than what was released to the public, none of them were happy to hear what happened to their friend. Goedert's roommate, Avonte Maddox, had this to say:

This incident just further showed how great of a culture the Eagles locker room is, and how the team sees itself as a family. If you mess with one family member, you have to deal with all of the crazy brothers coming after you. I'd bet whoever threw that punch at Dallas is really regretting their choice today...
