Eagles Part Ways With Mack Hollins

Writer's picture: Andrew W.Andrew W.

The Eagles spent a 4th-round pick back in 2017 on Mack Hollins, hoping he would turn out to be a solid depth receiving option while also providing great special teams play. After an abundance of opportunities to prove himself this season, he didn't show flashes in either facet of the game. That is why today the team decided to officially part ways with him:

Hollins will finish his Eagles career with just 26 receptions for 351 yards in 28 games. He also recorded just one touchdown with the team.

The team will be trotting out Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, and Greg Ward for Monday Night's game against the Giants. It looks like the team will be in the market for some wide receiver help this offseason, and it needs to be a priority for Howie Roseman to address.
