Eagles Looking For Defensive Help; Workout Defensive Backs & a Linebacker

The Eagles defense is banged up: Rodney McLeod is out for likely the rest of the season, Tim Jernigan and Chris Maragos haven't played a snap yet this season, Corey Graham and Nathan Gerry missed the Giants game, and now Sidney Jones is dealing with a hamstring issue that forced him out of Thursday night's game early.

With all of that in mind, the team is looking at players who might be able to be brought in and help in case more injuries happen. Yesterday they brought in four players for a workout, and a fifth one visited.

The team ended up signing Dexter McDougle, and signed B.J. Bello and Winston Craig to the practice squad.

If anymore injuries are to occur to the defense, Ibrahim Campbell and Quinten Rollins could likely be the next in line who the Eagles bring in. let's hope that doesn't end up being the case, as the team slowly tries to get healthy as the season progresses.
