Remember when NFL Analyst Mike Lombardi said that Doug Pederson “might be less qualified to coach a team than anyone I’ve ever seen.”? Jason Kelce apparently isn't the only onewho won't let Lombardi live down his terrible take.
In a recent interview with Peter King promoting his new book, Doug Pederson said that when the possibility of writing a book came up "One of the interested companies thought Lombardi would be a great co-author and submitted an offer. I said, respectfully, ‘No thanks.’”
Pederson got his chance to take a jab back at Lombardi, and although he didn't take a direct shot at him, turning him down like that was just as big as a blow to Lombardi's morale. Hopefully Lombardi will use this lesson to try and become a better analyst.
