Ah, another early-season report to bring drama to the Philadelphia Eagles. A report surfaced per the Inquirer's Jeff McLane on 97.5 that Howie Roseman has a say in who is playing on Sundays. Per the report, Howie Roseman is supposed to let coaches know Wednesday who will be suiting up but doesn't - leaving the coaches in the dark until the weekend.
While this report has not yet been fully confirmed, and only per McLane's sources, this is certainly alarming. The team has looked unprepared heading into games; and coaches, in particular Jim Schwartz, has said that he does not have the final say in who plays on Sunday.
This is speculating, but a video surfaced of a heated exchange between Pederson and Roseman at a practice before the 49ers game where Pederson seemed aggravated at Roseman. While this is all developing, stay tuned for more information.
