Before the Eagles take the field in their lopsided matchup against the New Orleans Saints, our writers need to come up with some bold predictions for the game.
Here's a recap of previous bold predictions from each week and the winning predictor from our writers:
Week 1: no one

Week 13: Trevor (partial)
We'll see if anyone can have a fully correct prediction this week as the Eagles try to get their fourth win of the season and somehow stay alive in the NFC East. Here's what our writers are boldly predicting for this weekend:
Andrew W: Jalen Hurts hitting Greg Ward for a deep touchdown in the Packers game results in Ward becoming Hurts' favorite target on Sunday -- 8+ targets that will result in 80+ yards and a touchdown. On the defensive side of the ball, Avonte Maddox will grab his first interception of the season.
Trevor: While the passing game struggles, the Eagles rushing attack performs well. The Birds rush as a team for over 150 yards, but it’s not enough. Saints win 27-13
Travis: Not necessarily a good prediction, but Malcolm Jenkins will pick off Jalen Hurts in his return to Philly. I have been feeling it in my gut all week.
Dylan: The Saints will put Malcolm Jenkins on Jalen Hurts as a spy, which will shut down his running ability, but Hurts will still get to throw two passing touchdowns.
Paul: It’ll be a Jalen-to-Jalen connection. Hurts will throw a bomb to Raegor for a touchdown, and Hurts will also run one in for himself. The return of Malcolm Jenkins will result in him picking off Hurts once on Sunday. The Eagles will make an effort to win, but will come up short yet again. Saints 28 Eagles 21
Andrew Palagruto: The Eagles defense will step up and force at least two turnovers on Taysom Hill.
Chalie: Someone gets fired after a 40-13 blowout loss.
