On Sunday Night, Andy Reid finally accomplished a goal over 20 years in the making -- he won a Super Bowl.
Reid has always been known as a players' coach and someone all of his former players respect and admire. Once the score went final, plenty of Reid's former players took to social media to praise their former coach and leader.
And for the cherry on top, the Eagles official Twitter account showed Big Red some love.
Reid still sits atop in Eagles history for wins by a head coach with 130. His 10 playoff wins in Philadelphia are also the most ever for the franchise. His 222 total wins as a head coach are tied for the 6th most in NFL history (all five coaches ahead of him are Hall of Famers). Now that he has his Super Bowl ring, it's likely we'll be celebrating an enshrinement into the Pro Football Hall of Fame whenever he decides to step away from coaching.
